The National Science Policy Network (NSPN) is partnering with UCR SPEAKS to extend the reach of its science policy-focused curriculum by providing SPEAKS trainees with valuable additional training and networking opportunities. NSPN’s mission is to empower the next generation of STEM policy leaders by offering training resources, and platforms to engage meaningfully with policymakers and the public. Through this collaboration, NSPN and SPEAKS aim to foster a vibrant science policy community and support early-career scientists in making impactful contributions to society.

Axia Impact Evaluation serves as the external evaluator for the SPEAKS project. Through the use of customized evaluation instruments and statistical analysis, Axia transforms data into actionable feedback and strategic insights. Axia provides annual comprehensive evaluation reports which guide continuous improvement and measure program effectiveness through articulation of accomplishments, recommendations to support program goals, and demonstration of the impact of the SPEAKS program.
