This past Saturday, 5.21.2022, the new California Air Resources Board headquarters held its first public open house, located on Iowa Avenue, just a few miles from the UCR campus and CE-CERT. The open house featured tours of state-of-the-art laboratories and testing facilities, art collections dedicated to air quality, and zero-emission vehicles. CE-CERT was invited as an exhibitor along with other booths from the Riverside community and UC Riverside student groups.

CE-CERT featured its own testing vehicle, the Mobile Vehicle to Grid (V2G) Trailer, part of CE-CERT’s Sustainable Integrated Grid Initiative research program, while Dr. Arun Raju, CE-CERT’s Associate Director of Operations and Research Engineer, along with several other graduate researchers presented their current research projects.
