The 13th Annual International OSAR Conference is scheduled for March 14th & 15th, 2024, in Riverside, California.

This workshop’s theme, Driving Change for Cleaner Air: On-Board Sensing and Emissions Reduction in Disadvantaged Communities, will focus on a wide range of measurement systems and activity measurements, as well as measurements of less traditional sources. In a world where commerce and industry continue to thrive, it is imperative that we address the environmental and social disparities caused by emissions from trucks and warehousing operations in disadvantaged communities. Our theme message revolves around the need to mitigate these emissions, and the key role that on-board sensing technology can play in driving positive change. We are committed to championing cleaner air for all, with a focus on onboard sensing as a powerful tool for emissions quantification and informing data-driven policies. On-board sensing technology, as well as traditional portable measurement and modeling tools, are our allies on this journey, helping us monitor, regulate, and reduce emissions.
