We are excited to invite you to the first Lunch n' Learn session on July 25th @ 12:00 pm, where we will be introducing UCR's new financial systems and how they pertain to your roles as research faculty, students, and staff.

In this session, you will learn:

Procard Clearing Transactions as well as an overview of the new Chart of Accounts (COA’s). 

• For the COA’s, we will review the new fund numbers and project numbers and where to find them.
• For procard users, we will be walking you through the process for reconciling your procard transactions in the new system.   It is completely different than the process before so please make sure that if you are a current card holder you attend this session.

If you do not have a procard and would like to inquiry about getting one, please your department FAO directly. 

This meeting will be HYBRID and for those who attend in person, lunch will be provided.  Attendance in person is encouraged for the learning experience however to make sure everyone has the opportunity to attend, the below zoom link is available.
