Solar Valley Consortium: Edison International’s Countdown to 2045

The Solar Valley Consortium is pleased to announce a new webinar to present Countdown to 2045, Edison International’s analysis of the steps that California must take to meet the 2045 targets for a clean electricity grid and to reach carbon neutrality.
The presentation will be delivered by Stephen Collins, SCE’s Manager for Strategic Planning, and the lead author of Countdown to 2045. The presentation is thoughtful and comprehensive. In addition, three expert respondents will comment on the ideas presented. Anyone interested in the future of electricity in Southern California’s grid is encouraged to join us for a one-hour session on Zoom.
Keynote:
Stephen Collins, SCE's Sr. Manager for Strategic Planning
Stephen Collins is SCE's Sr. Manager for Strategic Planning and he was the lead author of Countdown to 2045. Stephen has worked in a variety of SCE roles since his first engineering internship, including technology strategy, microgrid markets, eMobility projects, and climate and sustainability risk management. He holds bachelor's degrees in electrical engineering and physics from the University of Southern California and Gordon College.
