Portable Emissions Measurement Systems Research 

CE-CERT has developed a platform to assist in research in PM PEMS, that can be quickly installed in a variety of different off-road and on-road applications. 

The PEMS is configured into a self-contained frame that is loaded as one unit in a fully operational state that only needs securing and exhaust connections.The system utilizes the AVL M.O.V.E. system for gaseous emission measurements and the AVL 494 system for PM measurements.
